Broadreach Capital Partners is a real estate investment fund established by the former Spieker Properties executive management team with the objective to build, acquire and own assets in the Western United States. For assets priced over $2 Million and under $10 Million, Stonewood Investments has strategic relationships with institutional and single source investors. The size of investments will range from value added purchases, development opportunities, redevelopment projects to core holdings.

For Orange County assets priced under $5 Million, Stonewood Investment will either self fund or form a limited partnership with a select group of high net worth investors. In addition, Stonewood Properties, Inc. is seeking investments on behalf of a select group of local high net worth investors.

Once a property is acquired Stonewood Properties, Inc. will oversee the day to day management, leasing, and construction activity as an Asset Manager maintaining overall accountability for the asset’s performance.
